RLF by Seven aims to provide excellent customer service, quality and guaranteed freshness.
Customer Response Time
We guarantee a 24 hour response time from point of contact via email, text or phone. We will strive to respond as soon as possible via social media. However, we can not always keep up with the mass inquiries. Therefore, we request that you include the best phone number to contact you for faster response time.
Each rose is hand selected by Seven and trained staff to ensure maximum freshness and quality. If your flowers are cared for properly (as directed by our Instructions for Care card), your flowers should last a minimum of 6-7 days. If your bouquet does not last 3 days, we will offer you a fresh bouquet at no additional charge. Customer must provide evidence that the bouquet was not fresh via pictures or video within the first 3 days.

- Keep roses in cool dry area out of direct sunlight or heat
- Do not water your bouquet, there is enough moisture to last 7-10 days.
- Do not pull or remove your roses from box or stem will not absorb water properly

(Preserved Infinite Roses)
- Do not add water to the roses
- Keep away from extreme heat and direct sunlight.
- Gently dust the rose arrangements as needed with a feather duster
Damaged Arrangements/ Shipping
If your Infinite Roses arrive damaged due to shipping, we will replace the damaged bouquet with a new one-- at no additional cost. RLF x Seven must be notified with evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
If your fresh roses arrive damaged or box begins to take on moisture within 3 days, we will replace the bouquet-- at no additional cost. Customer must provide evidence within the specified time frame to receive replacement bouquet.
If your RLF x Seven product is not delivered within determined time frame, your delivery charge will be refunded. Time honored must be the specified time on invoice. As a courtesy, customers may request to be emailed a Google Calendar invitation with delivery details and invoice.
Full refunds will be honored on case to case basis. It is our goal to provide customers with the highest quality of customer service and arrangements. If we somehow fall short of your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of your interaction so that we may come to a resolution.
